Experience designing, developing, and executing over 20 Specialty departments (cheese and adult beverage) as a Project Leader for Whole Foods Market. Partnering with senior geographic and global leaders, designers and architects, designing department layouts (including custom millwork and equipment). Additional experience working with a large New York City based project management company, along with building small start-up retail markets and cafes in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
